Privacy notice

This explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask about a job. In short: we use them to reply to you and quote for your work, and for nothing else.

Who we are

Enkay Construction Limited is responsible for your information. We are registered in England & Wales, company number 08756242, registered office 32 Willoughby Road, London N8 0JG. We trade from 27 Essex Rd, Romford RM7 8BE. You can reach us at hello@enkayconstruction.co.uk or on 07702 090936.

What we collect

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it doesn't load anything from other companies' servers while you browse it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and give you a quote. The legal basis is that you've asked us to do this before possibly entering into a contract with us, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle your details for us and only as we instruct:

Some of these companies process data in the United States. Where that happens, it's covered by the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your project. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, which is usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@enkayconstruction.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
